The embrace = 44 in Pythagorean numerology

The date of Martin Luther King's assassination was April 4th/4th-month 4th day = 44

Kill = 44 simple numerology, so this statue coincides with the death of Martin Luther King.

There were a total of 54 years between the date of MLK's death and the statue reveal:

Strangulation = 54 in Pythagorean numerology

It is interesting how the statue resembles something similar. The lack of a face is a different way to go, but it is a piece of art, so expression is a given.

First off, where are all the faceless statue tributes from other races of famous people? It was interesting how comments were turned off for many videos related to this topic. Here are a few words from the ABC piece on this statue:

Millions were spent on a statue that was supposed to honor MLK. Could this money have been spent on grants for black children for college? Or how about for black men incarcerated? What would MLK do with 13 million dollars?

As an artist, I can understand the shock value in making controversial art, that is what gets people talking about it, but it would have been nice to see a head on both statues. The lack of a face gives people a reason to bash the art, which could be better.

"Seneca Scott, the cousin of Martin Luther King Jr.'s wife, Coretta Scott King, has called the newly-unveiled statue celebrating the civil rights icon a 'woke' waste of money" (Stephen L, Daily Mail, 2023).
