The lynching of Jordan Neely speaks volumes about how people experiencing homelessness are viewed and treated in a failing economy in America. When a black man needs help, there is often no one there to back that person up.  As a former ride-share driver, I was harassed , and questioned for resting until the airport runs began at 4:00 am. A flashlight shined on my face while I was not committing any crime in a 24-hour parking lot. I was lying back in my car seat just taking a nap, but I understand some people attempt to rob people, but it is a catch twenty-two.   From a logical, legal perspective, there should be due process:     According to the constitution of the United States (2023),  you should not "be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law ; (para 1).  Nobody can be the executioner, judge, or jury.
