Preparing For The Marburg Virus By The End Of The Summer | September 22 2023

Do not go to sleep, the enemy of free humanity is always plotting, and pre-predictive programming is active right now.

The death toll from the Marburg Virus Disease (MVD) outbreak in Equatorial Guinea has risen to 34, with 15 laboratory-confirmed and 23 probable cases reported. The outbreak has affected five districts in four provinces, and since the start of the outbreak, 1322 contacts have been listed. This is the first outbreak of MVD reported in Equatorial Guinea. To be prepared, three action steps you can take are:

  1. Stay informed: Keep up to date with the latest news and developments on the MVD outbreak, as well as any other outbreaks in your area or region. Follow reliable sources of information such as the World Health Organization or your national health department.

  2. Practice good hygiene: Wash your hands regularly with soap and water, and cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. Avoid close contact with sick individuals, and avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  3. Be prepared: Have a plan in place in case of an outbreak in your area. This includes stocking up on supplies such as food, water, and medications, as well as having a first aid kit and other emergency supplies on hand. Make sure you know where to go for medical care and how to access it quickly if needed.

There are several natural ways to be prepared for a Marburg virus outbreak.

  4. Boost your immune system: A robust immune system can help protect you from infectious diseases like the Marburg virus. You can boost your immune system naturally by eating healthy, balanced diet, getting enough rest and exercise, reducing stress, and avoiding smoking and alcohol consumption.
  5. Use natural remedies: Some natural remedies may help to support your immune system and protect against viral infections. For example, herbs and supplements like echinacea, elderberry, and vitamin C have antiviral properties. Consult with a healthcare professional and natural remedies.
  6. Stock up on natural supplies: In case of an outbreak, it is essential to have stores that can help support your health and well-being. Some genuine supplies to consider stocking up on include crucial oils, herbal teas, and natural disinfectants like vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Ensure you have a good collection of these items at home in an emergency.
